Areas of Interest
The aim of University Leased Houses is to provide high quality, affordable accommodation with good transport links, to the diverse students of the Universities in Manchester and institutions such as MANCAT and the Royal Northern College of Music.
In our experience, certain areas are considerably more popular than others. In order to meet demand realistically, we are primarily interested in properties in the following areas:
- Manchester City Centre
- Hulme
- Chorlton-on-Medlock
- Rusholme
- Victoria Park
- Fallowfield
- Withington
- Levenshulme
- Burnage
- Chorlton
(We will consider properties in Salford, although please be aware that our field of expertise lies mainly in the South Manchester area.)
We have found that areas of popularity can vary from year to year, as determined by the changing preferences of students.
