We Want Your Property
MSH want your property to form part of the University Leased Housing (ULH) scheme Under the scheme, the University of Manchester acts as your tenant and pays you a guaranteed rental income each month. We will advertise the property to students and staff at the University of Manchester and undertake maintenance and upkeep of the property if agreed.
Family Homes
We currently have a high demand for accommodation that would be suitable for families, specifically in the Rusholme, Levenshulme and Hulme areas but not excluding others. Family property has traditionally been very attractive to our landlords as tenants tent to look after the property very well, stay for long periods of time (up to four years or more) and importantly, family let homes do not have to meet HMO standards.
